South West Ventures Fund
The South West Ventures Fund is a £25 milion Regional Venture Fund which supports fast growing SMEs across the South West region. Initial investments can be up to £250,000 with an ability to invest a further £250,000 after six months or more. In certain circumstances, alongside other new investors, the Fund can follow on its investments to provide a total of £2.5 million to one company.
The Fund is managed by the Bristol office of YFM Venture Finance, part of YFM Group, the most active venture capital investor in the UK's small and medium enterprise (SME) marketplace. YFM Group manages in excess of £250 million of fundsand employs over 40 investment professionals. Principal offices are located in Leeds, Manchester, London and Bristol. The Group invests through two investment arms, YFM Venture Finance and YFM Provate Equity and theinvestment size ranges from £50,000 to £5 million.
