Are you investment ready?
If you consider that you have a proposal that will interest the Fund, review the following list to confirm that you are eligible and ready to contact YFM Venture Finance:
- Your business is a private limited company and meets the SME criteria;
- Your business headquarters, or a material part of your business, is based in the South West region;
- Your business is not in an excluded activity;
- You have not previously received institutional funding in excess of £250,000;
- Your company has high growth prospects and you and your team are ambitious to grow your company rapidly;
- Your company has a product or service with a competitive edge or unique selling point;
- Your management team has relevant industry sector experience, and a leader;
- You are willing to sell some of your company's shares to a venture capital investor;
- Your company has a suitable exit for the venture capital investor within 5 years;
- You have prepared a business plan.
